Dr. Fern Moreno

Fern Moreno, ND

Fern began her journey into natural medicine after many sports injuries, concussions, and hormonal imbalances kept her in and out of doctor’s offices for years. Conventional help was ineffective and this motivated Fern to dedicate years of personal investigation into healthy eating and healing movement. Her health journey continued as she obtained a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, where she took a deep dive into environmental medicine and hormone health after her own experience recovering from multiple hazardous environmental exposures. She went on to complete a Master’s degree in Public Health, with an emphasis in Environmental and Occupational Health, from the George Washington University. Her areas of expertise include allergies, brain fog, fatigue, fertility, hormone imbalances, immunity, mold illness, and thyroid health. Outside of practice, Fern is a certified yoga instructor and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, running, reading, writing, and dancing.
