Health Alliance Plan (HAP) CuraNet Network
The Acupuncture Center of Ann Arbor is a direct provider for the HAP CuraNet Network and will provide treatment to any member of a HAP Preferred or CuraNet Group. Treatment will be provided based on the coverages and terms specified in your group plan. The Acupuncture Center of Ann Arbor accepts assignment of benefits and requires only the payment of a member’s co-pay.
Many automobile insurance polices will cover the cost of acupuncture treatments that are deemed medically necessary as a result of a motor vehicle accident. A referral from your primary care physician stating the number of required treatments is usually all that is required.
